Seems like RustEdit was fixed, will get it downloaded and take another look. -
I've been trying to find solutions for this, currently Rust EDIT is broken so will keep trying to fix once I can actually edit the prefab again.

The is a monument to place in the place of Excavator, with both a smaller footprint and a non-build zone this monument is perfect for small maps that want a place for players to PVP for resources. Thanks for the feedback, I believe I have fixed the issues, the only one I am unsure about it the invisible doorways, I have not found any assets blocking the door. I attempted to make them larger to make it easier to get through. Let me know if this works.

In terms of implementing the monument into a map, once you purchase the file you are able to download it, once its downloaded you can put it into the custom prefabs folder of RustEdit. After it is in the folder you can place and edit the monument as you would like. Everything in the monument is ready that once its placed the vending machines, and airwolf/boat vendor will work as intended when the map it uploaded to a server.
