About Safe Kick
When a player gets kicked for "Steam Auth Failed", "Packet flooding", "Unresponsive", "Auth Ticket" he is teleported to a safe place (Created by the admin through Spawns Database [Available at UMOD]), upon re-connecting he is teleported back to the initial position!
