Living off grid is an acquired lifestyle but it has its perks: small footprint, low maintenance - this little container space is perfect for a 3x1 foundation base 1 storey high. This is a standalone prefab which just requires some flat terrain for the entrance. For best results make sure there is rock splat under the alpha and is not near road or roadside topology (so roadside junk piles don't leak into the underground base or the entrance).$2.49 -

The Mining Outpost is a popular destination for any player looking for quick loot, recycling & repairs. This small Monument reinvents the core Mining Outpost and adds unique decor and clutter to make it more interesting - it also adds additional utility with a Large Furnace and Small Oil Refinery. Also included in this Warehouse is a Vending Machine - this is a tools VM by default but you could apply any RustEdit Vending Profile to it. This Monument consists of about 400 individual prefabs and includes Splat, Topology, Path and IO for auto lighting and plumbing (for the filling of the Water Barrel). Including this on your map is as simple as preparing a flat area and applying the various layers. This is the second in a series of three unique Warehouse Monuments. Oxum's is great but they don't do the sort of work a modern modular car needs. This garage, set in a row of houses, has working ramp and lights - you'll need fuel for the generator, but I assume you didn't push that jalopy here...? This monument has three interior rooms, the garage, a fuel exchange room and a water room upstairs.$7.99 -

The plugin will add weight for the players on your server. In the config, you can set the weight for each item in the game.
