You would need to disable all stats and skills that effect crafting if you wish to have another plugin control crafting.

In the npc list you can try adding BasePlayer to the entity list and see if it works Nvm sorry I was thinking I made a custom entity list for this but I didn't. I will look into adding a list for player kills

false means players can reset their stats and skills true means points they spend in stats/skills are permanent and they cannot reset their stats or skills these settings are much easier adjusted and explained in the in game admin panel rather than editing the config file -
yes at least 2 items need to be listed so that it doesn't confuse the "chance" calculations by only having 1 item as it does a random selection in the list when running the chance. You can list the same item twice if you only want one item to drop, that should work -
if you want to disable item in the list then set options to false otherwise you must have at least 2 - 3 items listed. If you don't have any items listed and it is enabled then it will create that default item list

it looks like you were still getting radiation poison damage even though radiation itself was reduced. I added radiation poison reduction to work along side radiation reduction so they work together off the same setting.

Will look into this and see if I can find anything that could cause it not to load or hang on a server startup. If you changed any of the image urls in the configuration make sure it's a reliable source such as imgur or other image hosting service.
