Regarding damage to non-owners and their base.
Adem replied to BR_Rust_Nation's Support Request in Support
In the latest versions of the Pve Mode and Convoy plug-in, the damage from the helicopter has been fixed. We did not fix the damage from Bradley on the players, because it is very unlikely that Bradley will fire a cannon at another player. This fix would have a big impact on performance. -

Hi. I have not seen similar complaints about this plugin yet. Kicks all the players at the same time? Does this happen for any train preset? Test it for train_easy Try to disable customization and start the event
