After being accepted into Galium, I wasn't sure what to expect. The application and review process alone showed me they care about working with legitimate server owners rather than simply handing out licenses, and that set a great first impression. What really impressed me, though, was the onboarding. Instead of just handing over documentation and wishing us luck, the team spent a significant amount of time walking us through every aspect of the platform. They answered every question, explained the reasoning behind different features, shared best practices, and made sure we understood not only how to use Galium, but how to get the most value from it. What stood out most was how approachable and transparent everyone was. Every answer came with context, and by the end of the session I felt confident not only using the platform, but understanding the thought process behind it. At no point did I feel rushed.
