    we have the same error and we are also in hc mode. for us it is only the oilrigs not working, but beyond that we have not all mons active, just cargo and mil tunnel and these two work fine.

    as a quick fix until an official update, in line 408 EffectInstance.Clear(); set it to TRUE: EffectInstance.Clear(true); this should do it for now
