Ok, I did all of that and I still seem to be missing a fuse box. The one middle monument also is missing one.

I am using this map for a small solo server for friends. And I am testing out my settings, plugins etc but while exploring I can't seem to locate the Green Card Fuse placement at the Abandoned Airfield monument. I could easily be missing something but I've been looking for at least an hour on and off.

When I log into the server, I don't have like the Experience bar or anything default so I want to make sure I'm not missing something. -
Sorry, I'm relatively new to this, I'm doing this in the RCON? Also is there a way to just grant this to everyone globally, like even if people log in for the first time?

How do I enable the chat commands to work? When I first loaded the plugin it shows Trying to figured out how to give that permission, I see the command on this list, just not sure wehre it needs to be.
