Not 100% sure about timing but I can try to narrow it down for you. But it is over 24 hours I believe from what has happened and unsure if it is happening on server restart.

Hello I've received reports that the train carts health is dropping for its set health of 20000 down to 750 and I was wondering if you have any idea as to why that might be happening and if there is a way to fix it.

okay thanks for that clarification about the mlrs -
I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem but I have found a train car with the loader and car lift and I've had the loader disappear from the train car and I have also found the MLRS on a train car and I have found it impossible to enter into the cab of the MLRS to be able to use it.

Recently added the plugin to my private server I'm running with some friends and did a full map wipe and reset but I am unable to find any train cars with building enabled on them I have been able to find a few of the prebuilt work cars that allow me to build on them but nothing else.
