So I did give this a try, The scientists in the missile silo don't seem to be affected by the BetterNPC or NPCSpawn plugins. it only seems to affect the surface scientists.

Under XP sources, I would like to suggest adding config options for each node type (metal, sulfur, stone) the option to reward players more XP for stone specifically would be fantastic IMO. Also, if we could reward different XP rates for scientists at each monument that would be nice as well. For example if i could reward more XP for killing scientists at the Nuclear Missile Silo more than a standard blue scientist next to the road. Thank you!

Nooblet, that's all i had to do. Thank you for you patience. I was able to generate the config file. Now i have "UseFuelPumps" set to true and i have "UseCrafting" set to true. Do I need to sit in a vehicle and alt look to the pump and press E?
I'm not trying to use different settings, I'm just trying to turn it on and test. By default it seems too complicated for a noob as myself just to get the stuff turned on.
Yeah, I backed up my config before copying and pasting this info into it. All it did was brick the plugin so it wouldn't load. Had to revert back. I don't see any detailed information in your update notes for the fuel pump update either. I am still very new to this stuff.
