The save file issues are not related to the map but rather to the process of your server saving the map file during restarts if the entity count is different during boot than before boot corruption of save file happens. For the map "bugs" i won't be able to help you unless you give me exact details , i've had no other reports.

Good morning That's due to your server not being able to find your map save file or the way it saves the map file it could be corrupted , unfortunately it has nothing to do with the map file itself to help you with but with the server process of handling the map , if you use any convars conflicting with your boot convars and they mismatch on restart that could cause the corrupt sav file aswell!

Cayo Island is a public map comission made for someone who approached me about a custom map and we've decided to publish the map once finished , it is a 4500 landmass island with unique landscape and it includes all procedural monuments with several roadside monuments and unique spots for base building or just interesting ways to gather loot while exploring the map. The map has a ring road and a railway system around the map and both the roads and railways are elevated where rivers meet to ensure smooth transportation on land and water. Map has been optimized for performance of both server and players by maintaining a low entity count. Password is included in the ReadMe file for edits! Biome is there too , the biome is fairly small so maybe it cannot detect spawn points due to the fact it would interfere with monuments nearby or player spawn points and since it’s a 1 grid map there’s not much we can do about it unless you want to enlarge the snow biome on your version

Yes it is , due to December update when you apply Alpha in a spot it also removes ocean so the boats would just fall when entering inside the island , the only solution was to cave the land inside the cove and make a false ground above to be abe to build still , i will check for the topology

Not sure if the support request was intended for my map judging by your title although it is not a bug on my map as the biomes are set accordingly as shown in my picture below and in the pictures of the map

Good evening It's currently being updated this week , i'm still in the process of updating some of the monuments/prefabs where old cliffs/rocks were used to attain certain aspects and it's pretty challenging to do the same with the new cliffs/rocks but rest assured you can expect an update before Friday at latest! Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience !

You just downloaded it , this map version is free lol. Disable optimized loading in Experimental tab in Settings ,some people have it enabled in their settings randomly , that causes that with some custom maps.
