Hmm i'm afraid it's your side , there's 8 other servers currently using Winter Wonderland and i had no such reports so far , i saw similar reports from other server owners using other maps though so i'm guessing you may have a corrupt oxide version or something like that? No clue really but can assure it's not map related -

Cobalt Police Department Something Strange is going on. Getting Informations about a Underground Office and Chemical Weapons trying to create a SuperSoldier called "Project K4H0s". A small City around the Custom prefab Cobalt Police Department give you a good way to create a unique City. This cave is from the Age Of Mythology game. It consists of a huge gate that is always open and of a place to build a base. The base can only be built outside the tartar gate. Outside construction is prohibited. The prefab has 2718 objects. Stones, trees, barrels and everything else will not spawn inside the monument. There is nothing to spawn in it at all. Prefab is great for every biome and looks great in the dark$3.00 -

A custom garage-junkyard combined with a green and red key-card puzzle. Basement holds 1 green crate + 3 Construction Crates + 1 Tool Crate and 9 oil barrels Office holds 2 elite crates and 1 hackable crate fuse for office can be found in the toilet. In the parking a Magnetic Crane can be found with a shredder and a few shreddable cars which respawn .
