I see that you used RST (RustServerTool) before and now you want to use MRS (MyRustServer)? If you want to use MRS, you have to make a new folder, not copy it into the old RST folder. You can try to delete the folder newoxide, then it should work.

Are you using Rust Server Tool or MyRustServer? Do you have the folder newoxide? please Open a Support Ticket on Codefling or Discord for better help.

your ports must be assigned twice, check that out.
