Yes, both versions supports shop. Im gonna close this ticket as Im not able to help you since you dont own license to welcome panel.

Looks alright, make sure you also download 3.0.7 version of WelcomePanel from current package, there has been some changes even tho version number is same as before

This feature is already in, just open .cs file and there is place for webhook at the top
