It's meant to be observed from long distances on the Sea, but is missing infinite rendering prefabs in the platform body. This is making the monument to look broken, especially when approaching by heli – you see through the (missing) platform.

The good news is it's easy to fix with a scaled red shipping container and some other prefabs, which will make it look more natural and help render more of the monument body from the shore, ship, heli … After that, it's definitely a wonderful pit stop on the Sea and a very interesting addition to any map!
