License Agreement for Octagon

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Avalon ("Licensor") and [Recipient's Name] ("Licensee") for the use of the Octagon Maze ("Prefab").

Grant of License: Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Prefab for the purpose of incorporating it into Licensee's Rust server.

Permitted Use: Licensee may use the Prefab solely for the intended purpose of enhancing their Rust server's gameplay experience.

Restrictions: Licensee agrees not to resell, redistribute, or make any commercial use of the Prefab without the express written consent of the Licensor. The Prefab must not be used in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Ownership: Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Prefab, including any intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Prefab to the Licensee.

Modification and Adaptation: Licensee is permitted to modify and adapt the Prefab to suit their specific Rust server's requirements and preferences. However, Licensee shall not claim ownership or authorship of the original Prefab or any derivative works based on it.

Termination: This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. Licensor may terminate this license if Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee shall immediately cease all use of the Prefab and delete any copies or derivatives of it.

Warranty and Liability: The Prefab is provided "as is," and Licensor makes no warranties regarding its fitness for any particular purpose or its compatibility with Licensee's server. In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Prefab.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
