This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Vinnij ("Developer") and any individual or entity who downloads or uses Developer's plugins and prefabs ("User").
1. License Grant:
a. Developer hereby grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute Developer's plugins and prefabs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
b. This license does not grant User the right to sublicense, sell, or redistribute Developer's plugins and prefabs in their original or modified form without prior written consent from Developer.
2. Restrictions:
a. User agrees not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Developer's plugins and prefabs, or attempt to derive the source code from them.
b. User agrees not to use Developer's plugins and prefabs for any illegal or unethical purpose.
3. Ownership:
a. Developer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to Developer's plugins and prefabs, including any and all intellectual property rights.
b. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of Developer's plugins and prefabs to User.
4. Warranty Disclaimer:
DEVELOPER'S PLUGINS AND PREFABS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
5. Limitation of Liability:
DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR USER'S USE OF DEVELOPER'S PLUGINS AND PREFABS, EVEN IF DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. Termination:
a. Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time if User breaches any of the terms or conditions herein.
b. Upon termination, User must cease all use of Developer's plugins and prefabs and destroy all copies in User's possession or control.
7. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Developer and User concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date User downloads or uses Developer's plugins and prefabs.
