No, it's a prefab. Entities can't be skinned in Rust.

Hey, I made a modded prefab of this with the parts separated from the Heli (picture below)

Am I allowed to put it as a prefab on the codefling store? (Of course for free)

I will tag you and put the original prefab link in it ect.
