Weapon Mod Menu License Agreement
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This license agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Hovmodet ("Licensor") for the use of the Weapon Mod Menu plugin ("Software") which accompanies this Agreement. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
Grant of License. Licensor grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for the purpose of use in the Rust game using the Umod framework.
You may not sell, distribute or otherwise transfer the Software or any copies thereof to any third party. Licensor retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Software.
Warranty Disclaimer. The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability. Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination. This Agreement shall terminate immediately upon your breach of any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
Miscellaneous. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and Licensor and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. This Agreement may be amended only in writing signed by both parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your County/State] and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
