Team Marker 1.0.8

Team Marker plugin adds the ability to use the new ping system without having to use binoculars. Mark enemy's with the ping and have it be displayed to all your teammates! Just aim and click the USE key (default E) and the ping is sent. This plugin comes very configurable to allow the server owner to adjust how the pings should work.
