SpawnCyclesV2 Plugin License Agreement
By using this plugin, you agree to the following terms:
Use License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SpawnCyclesV2 plugin solely for the purpose of enhancing your Rust server(s). This license allows for the installation and execution of the plugin on a server owned or operated by you.
Restrictions:
No Modification: You are strictly prohibited from modifying, decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise altering the code within the SpawnCyclesV2.cs file. Any attempt to edit or recreate the source code is a breach of this agreement.
No Reuploading: You may not distribute, sell, or reupload this plugin or any part thereof to any third parties, including but not limited to, other websites, forums, or marketplaces. This includes sharing or making the plugin available for use on servers not owned or operated by you.
Support: Support for this plugin is provided at the discretion of the plugin author, UrbanViking. Support requests or requests for features or modifications should be directed through the official channels provided by the author.
Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the plugin, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the author, UrbanViking. This license does not convey any ownership rights to you.
Termination: This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. Upon termination of this License, you shall cease all use of the plugin and delete all copies in your possession or control.
Disclaimer of Warranty: The plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: In no event will UrbanViking be liable for any damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the plugin.
By using this plugin, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understood it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this plugin.
