By downloading, installing, or using the "Rust Gestures" plugin ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to download, install, or use the Plugin.
- Ownership: The Plugin and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of the creator. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Plugin under the conditions outlined in this agreement.
- You agree not to: Modify, alter, or edit the Plugin's code, name, or files in any way.
- You agree not to: Distribute, sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Plugin or its derivatives to any third party.
- You agree not to: Claim ownership of the Plugin or represent it as your creation.
- Permitted Use: The Plugin is provided solely for personal use or use within your game server(s). You may not use the Plugin for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from the creator.
- No Warranty: The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The creator is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Plugin.
- Termination: Failure to comply with the terms of this agreement will result in the immediate termination of your license to use the Plugin. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Plugin in your possession.
- Changes to this Agreement: The creator reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the Plugin following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
By downloading the Plugin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this license agreement.
