Rework complete. If updating from 1.3.X to 1.4.X please regenerate a new default config to avoid any issues and errors.

Due to binoculars now having a built in rangefinder added by Facepunch, support for binoculars will be removed and this plugin will exclusively work for weapon attachments.

Massively overhauled the entire config system and how the plugin works to allow for further and more refined customization of your range finders.
Option to toggle range finders to allow for other plugins to use (Radial Menu) coming in the next update.

You will need to regenerate your config file.
