-Implemented config option 'Founder Limit' which will limit the number of tool cupboards that a player can be the founder of. If a player reaches their limit, they can not receive protection on new toolcupboards and previous tool cupboards will need to be destroyed first.
-Fixed issue where players who were dead and offline sometimes would lose protection.
-Updated GetOwners and GetFounder api. Now returns IPlayer instead of BasePlayer.
-Attack helicopter missiles and napalm can now correctly damage structures if protection for Attack Heli is off.
