Hello! Thank you for visiting my plugin page!

If you are experiencing any issues with this plugin, please open a support ticket! I do not regularly check the discussion page, and support tickets help me keep track of issues so that I can resolve them in future updates.

For suggestions and feature requests I also recommend opening a support ticket as that will give me the most visibility to the request and other people can comment on it as well. Once I am able to, I will respond to the request and let you know if I can add that feature for you.

For all other inquiries and questions, feel free to hit me up at my plugin development discord. If I'm unable to answer your question, then there are some very helpful server owners on there who may be able to offer support.

Thank you for your time!

Found this doesn't play well with

I have to restart your plugin to make it work.

(07:34:46) | RaidProtection was compiled successfully in 2938ms

(07:34:46) | RaidProtection has replaced the 'tc' command previously registered by TCGui

(07:34:46) | [RaidProtection] Registered permission raidprotection.level.1

(07:34:46) | Loaded plugin RaidProtection v3.0.0 by mr01sam

(07:34:46) | [RaidProtection] Loaded 5/5 existing cupboards

(07:34:47) | [RaidProtection] Loaded 1/1 new cupboards

Hey thanks for bringing this up. I'll likely have to manually add some compatibility, let me know if you see any more conflicts!

Does this plugin play nice while Raidable Bases are active?

One of our testers was running Raidable Bases without issues.

Could this be made to count the waterbase's plugin foundations when counting foundations?

currently, it does not

Hey, have been using the free version for 6 months already and find this a mega awesome upgerade!
The whole thing is much easier for users to understand and offers many more settings options. I still wish one thing very much and that is a possibility to offer players who are new for a certain time an online protection or a higher offline protection. so quasi a rank level that expires after a certain time?

Thank you for the feedback! It's so nice to hear that the plugin work has been appreciated 🙂

I see the need for what you are asking for, and I believe you can already achieve something like this by manipulating player's permissions based on their playtime. See if a plugin exists that will let you execute a command when a player reaches a certain amount of playtime. If you find one, all you would have to do is assign them a different protection level once they reach that play time.

If you can't find a plugin that does this, I could write one for you real quick - just message me. I'm not planning on adding that feature to this plugin though, as that would mean more to maintain, especially since its doable with permissions.

Let me know what you think!

Hello, I've been using the free version of the Raid Protection plugin for these years. As soon as I saw this new version I immediately bought it. Many congratulations I was happy for the various options that we now have, and in particular the fact that I can assign permission to the player and only the TC that he puts in is protected, because in the free version I always had to be the admin to authorize the TC of the players, not to run the risk of them putting raid protection on another TC that doesn't belong to them.
Congratulations and thank you!

I am using the free version of this plugin from umod.
Is it possible to make the raider see how much damage he takes from the balance from defense?
Otherwise, it is not clear how much to blow up..
And then I will buy this plugin. 👍

thats an issue with image library ever since latest update. Delete your image library data folder, reload it, then reload Raid protection.

That seems to not do the trick no more.. did the first time but not now 😕 even switch image data base to https://rustlabs.com/img/items180/

Hey there.  So far, we're enjoying this version.  One request, though - the free version has a lovely indicator that persists while you're in TC range, but for this one you have to shoot first.  Would it be possible to add that into this plugin?  This has been particularly challenging for some clans when the plugin is set to allow self-damaging bases.  one member of a clan might set up a little base somewhere, and then others pop in and destroy it because they don't see it's protected.  For now, we've disabled self-damage, but would like to add it back.

Hello. I recently launched my server and started using the free version of the plugin. Please could you tell me how can I move the "Protected" "Unprotected" indicator? It looks like I found the desired anchor min and max values, but the changes do not affect anything. Tell me please

That's in this version as well, you need the Custom Status Framework plugin though... its currently pending approval on umod, but if you would like the plugin I can send it to you, just shoot me a message!

I can't confirm how it works in the free version because I haven't used that version in a very long time, since I no longer support it. However, in the new version you can change the indicator with the anchor values AND offset values. For example, if you want it to be in the center of the screen instead of the top left your indicator config would look like this:

  "Indicator Settings": {
    "Enabled": true,
    "FontSize": 18,
    "AnchorMin": "0.5 0.5",
    "AnchorMax": "0.5 0.5",
    "OffsetMin": "-32 -32",
    "OffsetMax": "32 32"
  }

This is specifically for v3.0.0, it may change future versions.

Is there a way to show a player they were awarded RP for destroying a protected TC?  RIght now, it works- RP is increased on the raider, but they arent notified in any way.

Currently there is not, perhaps I could add a chat message that is shown?

@Mr01sam

I think something wrong with levels protection, working only if 100% protection,  anything lover take same damage raid protection 5% or 50% doesnt matter...

For example sheet metal doors take same damage on 0% - 99% protection, it get protected only if its have 100% raid protection

I'm not sure I understand the issue. If protection is not 100%, then some damage will be taken. For example if 100 damage is being dealt, and you only have 50% protection, then the object will take 50 damage. Also, if the object has any resistances, this may affect how much damage it would take.

ok here is example:

have 0% raid protection - i did regular damage to sheet metal doors. (Which is correct)

have 50% raid protection - i did same amount of damage like 0% raid protection (Which incorrect)

have 100% raid protection - i did no damage at all (Which is correct)

so what im saying 0 or 99% raid protection, sheet metal doors take same amount of damage! Anything below 100% take no effect for sheet metal doors... And im not tested anything else. maybe there is more stuff has problems like sheet metal doors.
