License Agreement
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into between Magado ("Licensor") and the individual or entity that has obtained a copy of the Rust plugin ("Licensee").
Grant of License. Licensor grants to Licensee a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Rust plugin (the "Software") in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Restrictions on Use. Licensee may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software. Licensee may not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
Proprietary Rights. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Software, including any modifications or enhancements thereto, and any related documentation are the exclusive property of Licensor and are protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties. Licensee has no rights in the Software other than those expressly granted in this Agreement.
Term and Termination. This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice to Licensee if Licensee breaches any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall immediately cease all use of the Software and shall destroy all copies of the Software in its possession.
Warranty and Disclaimer. Licensor warrants that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with its documentation. Except for the foregoing warranty, Licensor makes no representations or warranties with respect to the Software, whether express, implied, or statutory. Licensor specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Licensor's total liability exceed the amount paid by Licensee for the Software.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Licensor's home country, without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Licensee with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between Licensor and Licensee.
By purchasing and/or using the Software, Licensee acknowledges that it has read this Agreement, understands it, and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.

このライセンス契約（「契約」）は、Magado（「ライセンサー」）と、Rustプラグインのコピーを取得した個人または法人（「ライセンシー」）との間で締結されます。
ライセンスの付与
ライセンサーは、ライセンシーに対し、本契約に記載された条件に従い、Rustプラグイン（「ソフトウェア」）を使用するための譲渡不可、非独占的なライセンスを付与します。
使用の制限
ライセンシーは、ソフトウェアを改変、適応、翻訳、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、またはリバースエンジニアリングすること、またはソフトウェアに基づいて派生物を作成することはできません。ライセンシーは、ソフトウェアを第三者に配布、サブライセンス、貸与、リース、またはその他の方法で譲渡することはできません。
所有権
ライセンシーは、ソフトウェアおよびその改良や拡張を含むすべての関連文書がライセンサーの独占的財産であり、著作権法および国際著作権条約によって保護されていることを認識し、同意します。ライセンシーは、本契約で明示的に付与された権利以外に、ソフトウェアに対して何らの権利も持ちません。
期間および終了
本契約は、いずれかの当事者によって終了されるまで有効です。ライセンシーが本契約のいずれかの条項に違反した場合、ライセンサーは通知をもって本契約を即時終了することができます。本契約が終了した場合、ライセンシーは直ちにソフトウェアの使用を停止し、所有するすべてのソフトウェアのコピーを破棄するものとします。
保証および免責
ライセンサーは、ソフトウェアがその文書に実質的に準拠して動作することを保証します。前述の保証を除き、ライセンサーは、明示的、黙示的、法定を問わず、ソフトウェアに関して一切の表明または保証を行いません。ライセンサーは、商品性、特定の目的への適合性、または非侵害の黙示的保証を特に否認します。
責任の制限
いかなる場合においても、ライセンサーは、本契約またはソフトウェアの使用に起因または関連する間接的、偶発的、結果的、または懲罰的損害について責任を負いません。ライセンサーの総責任は、ライセンシーがソフトウェアに対して支払った金額を超えないものとします。
準拠法
本契約は、ライセンサーの母国の法律に準拠し、その法の抵触の原則を考慮することなく解釈されるものとします。
完全合意
本契約は、本契約の主題に関するライセンサーとライセンシーとの間の完全な合意を構成し、口頭または書面を問わず、本契約に先立つまたは同時のすべてのコミュニケーションおよび提案に優先します。
ソフトウェアを購入および/または使用することにより、ライセンシーは本契約を読み、理解し、その条項および条件に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。
