The plugin keep's a list of Offline Players, So even if the server restarts
or the plugin is reloaded, No Data Will Be Wiped and it'll Eassily Keep Track Of EVERYONE!
To Prevent Large Data FIle's, All Data is automatically wiped on Map And Force Wipes!
You have the ability to disable/enable The Victim Base Owners Name Being Included In The Raid Message Aswell!
