Gnarly plugin, love having metal blaring when players are killing stuff!!! just one question, any way to make the music reach further? for outpost i had to put like 6 speakers around to be able to jam out throughout the monument. Just curios. Planning to leave 5 star review too! Also, will having a bunch of these around the map impact server performance at all?

will not impact performance  ya no way to increase its distance i wish though.

I've gone in and changed the URLs to a station I want but it keeps reverting to the default Rust Radio channel after some time.

You mean when you exit then enter the area its reverting back? Is it for all players?  or just some?. Rust i know still has issues with the streaming but i think the issue is client side.. When it happens let me know if its for all players in the area or just one. Is it after you reconnect to the game x amount of time..

The more input i can gather the more i may be able to find a good fix..

It's not re writing the config but when I walk far enough away the music goes back to the Rust Radio. I've reloaded the plugin and the speaker I'm next to will play the right stuff but change again when I walk away and back. I can't have other people test right now. Nobody on.

Ok so the issue I'm having happens to multiple people. I was hearing only the default rust music but my friends were hearing the music channel it should have been. once they walked away and came back to the boombox he was hearing the default music again. If I reload the plugin the speakers closest to me will work right but if they are farther away it doesn't take effect. I would upload a video to yotube but I know it will get copyright strike. 

Is there a limit to how many speakers I can use? I have like 12 right now i'm using to play music throughout a custom monument.

I don't believe there is a limit let me look into this some more see if i can force the client to regrab the stream when you enter range.

Im trying to reproduce this with now luck can you send me your stream url your using for the stream..    Also how many speakers do you have in range  of another aka how many speakers can ya hear at once? maybe there to close im not sure.   dm me your config.

My best guess would be most stream providers block multiple connections from the same ip so if its connection to more then one or there limit the rest wont connect and will default back to rust for the player    Each speaker is its own connection to the stream.

Well guess I'm back to doing it the way I had before buy deploying boomboxes from rustedit and connect them to speakers in game every wipe. That seems to hold its connection.

anyway to give theses to players? so it doesnt stay there after a wipe maybe remove after wipe

first run /mmc monument to add the boom box (or /mmc mylocation, /mmcmaponly)
then hit the boom box with a hammer,
next run /mmc extend this will add a speaker at your feet. ( you can run /mmc extend to Multiple locations)
next, reload the pluging.

hitting the Speaker or boom box three times with the hammer will remove them.

You could prob move the, but the positions would not be saves.

is this possible to make player with permission that they can set their own music url with their speaker?

so that each player may play their chosen music.

The no but my plugin soundbox you can do that.
