Loottable v2 open beta

I am currently looking for some people willing to test the new Loottable version. The new version is fully backwards compatible and the basic functionality has already been tested by me.  To ensure the plugin works as expected not only on my test server, I decided to do a beta testing phase before release.

The only requirement to participate is that you own Loottable.

Seems to be working fine now 

Electric Fuse - you can not enter any number to set size so 10 is vanilla

 

Does the NPCS loot update when it updates the crates because i have changed the NPCs at the desert Base and at the Excavator and loot is still is Default.

No, npcs should update their loot immediately. And for the electric fuse to change the stacksize you have to enable the option "stack items with durability".

NPCS are not updating their loot even after killing them and waiting on respawn

Not working after wipe

 

I got this working again by Deleting the Loottable Data Folder but this is not good news as means i have to do them all again.

Can you Fix NPCs not updating with new Loot

something weird is happening

Lootable is not loading on server boot now.

BUT it loads when i type o.reload Loottable

 

2 times i reset server and 2 times it did not load on server boot. (before this last update it was fine)

I am having to reload it manually though console

Try going to your data folder in the folder Loottable and delete the file stacksize.json. This is probybly caused by the new wagon item that facepunch added with the update

done that already - i deleted the whole folder

how can it not load on bootup without that error above YET it loads fine when i load it manually ??

Try it yourself and see if it boots up from a fresh boot

just wiped server again and removed the data folder - as you can see from this log it is finding it on Bootup but then unloading it

Hello love the plugin so far! Would it be possible to add a global modifier to all of the crates sections? currently I have to manually add all the default loot and then manually double it while I add it. Thank you!

As he said, this is also what I need, sometimes I don't know the default inside, don't know how to change them

Hey mate, do you have API by chance? I have a few plugins that this messes with. An API that can be used to prevent the plugin from populating loot into certain crates would be ideal ❤️

 

Example from AlphaLoot:

        object CanPopulateLoot(LootContainer container)
        {
            if (IsRunning && Vector3.Distance(container.transform.position, start_button.transform.position) < config.max_distance) return false;
            return null;
        }

Is there a way to import loot tables? or not, also is there a way to make it when you change items its a bit easier? when you click on the number at times it will not work until you spam the parameter box. it is also hard to see if you have even clicked on that box.

Currently there is no way of importing other loot tables. For the item numbers there is now a cursor in the input field

I am still working on it, because for some reason only a few crates have accessible vanilla profiles. For the rest of the crates there is (as far as I know) no other option than hard-coding the profiles into the plugin and that takes a lot of time.

If you really need to have vanilla loot profiles now and you can't wait another 3-4 days please send me a private message and I will show you a method to load the vanilla profiles of at least some crates.
