Kill Bonus 1.1.1

1. Can specify the number of commands to execute. (For instance, -1 means all commands will be executed; if 5 commands are set and the value is 3, 3 out of the 5 commands will be executed at random.)
2. Added a feature to execute commands for every X kills.
3. If HP, Thirst, Hunger, Ammo recovery are set to False, they will not be displayed in chat messages.
