This is a legal agreement between the licensor, misty.dev, and any individual or entity ("Licensee") seeking access to the plugin titled ItemBox (the "Work"). By acquiring or possessing the Work, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. License Permissions
- The Licensee is strictly prohibited from using, copying, modifying, redistributing, reselling, or otherwise utilizing the Work in any capacity outside the scope of your servers.
- The Licensee may not use the Work for any purpose, whether commercial, non-commercial, personal, educational, or otherwise.
2. Ownership
- The Work is owned by misty.dev and is protected under applicable copyright laws and international intellectual property laws.
3. Termination of License
This license will be immediately revoked if the Licensee is found:
- Modifying the Work outside of the use for your rust servers.
- Redistributing the Work, whether for free or for a fee.
- Reselling the Work or offering it as part of any commercial activity.
In the event of termination, the Licensee will be permanently barred from purchasing or using any other plugins or software created by the Licensor.
4. No Warranty
- The Work is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or merchantability.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The Licensor shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues caused by unauthorized or illegal use of the Work, including but not limited to data loss, hardware damage, financial loss, or other liabilities.
6. Jurisdiction
- This license applies globally and is enforceable under international intellectual property laws.
