Can anyone activate this who wants to, or does it apply to the whole server

Playstyle options:

1.   Server Wide Hard Core: Every player has it activated (can respawn a new character)
2.  PVE Hard Core: Players can Opt in for the Hard Core experience (Hard Core & Non Hard Core players will not be able to share TC perms)
3.  Perma Death: Players get x1 Life...no longer being able to rejoin server after death (only recommended for short wipes)

Currently there is no option to deactivate, but I will add as an option for playstyle 2.

Hard Core 1.0.3 now has the ability to Deactivate via '/giveup'.

命令 /giveup 毫无用处。
