Automated natural spawned chinook use those points? or this one come only when use command ?

Also would be great if you add and server spawned airdrops to work same way as chinook

It spawns its own chinook that selects a random location from the config.

That isn't a feature in the plugin, but I would be able to look into that.

could you please add a permission with command usage cooldown for a random drop?

Do you mean a command to edit the drop cooldown from in game?

With this, is it possible to allow multiple crates to be on the map at once.

What I mean is, for example, a crate drops every hour but lets say it hasn't been picked up. Can it be set that this will just keep going until there are 4 crates on the map? 

I'm really bad at describing things, so apologies if that's confusing.

To answer your question the Chinook will drop crates at one of the various defined locations there aren't any checks for already existing ones.
