Building Symmetry 1.0.16

+ Added Building Center Method Detection
   * Proximity: Will get the center of all the nearby entities in a 50f meters radius.
   * Building: Will only get the center of the connected building blocks.

+ Added new permission: 'symmetry.admin'
+ Added new admin config menu. This will allow the admin to change the config variables without reloading the plugin.
+ Modified a little bit the menu.
+ Added a check to verify that deployables are grounded. (You can enable or disable it, also you can add ShortNames in the config file)

- Removed unused functions.

// Fixed entity kill using Demolish or 'R' Kill system being removing wrong entities.
