Its not that I can't. . . it doesn't make sense to add another monument and a railway. There would be no where to build and it takes max 5 minutes to travel from one side of the map to the other, so there is no need for trains.

So I can run convoy & armored train plugins. Players can build in the sky on my server and the ocean too, so no worries there.
