Looks like it fails to load. It's not showing any additional details on why. Is it just me? Lol

if a harmony file is placed in "Harmony" directory when server is already running, then it's needed to load the file manually.
in current case the plugin's file name is: "CCL.Harmony.OwnerFriendlySAMSite.dll", and to manually load it this CMD should be used:
"harmony.load CCL.Harmony.OwnerFriendlySAMSite"     (without quotes & file extension)

if to run a server when a harmony file is already in "Harmony" directory, then it should be loaded automatically.

check in server logs:
[HarmonyLoader com.facepunch.rust_dedicated.CCL.Harmony.OwnerFriendlySAMSite] Loaded harmony mod 'com.facepunch.rust_dedicated.CCL.Harmony.OwnerFriendlySAMSite'

if it's needed to unload: "harmony.unload FILE_NAME"
