Adds an event related to "Launch Site" monument, which includes:
1. Lowers down rad. level to 25%
2. Extra NPCs
3. Timed locked crate
4. Jump puzzle loot: 3 diesel barrels + 2 high tier crates(random: heli | bradley | elite)
Event respawn time is about 30-40 min.
Usage
Copy the downloaded DLL file into server/HarmonyMods folder
Compatibility
Should work both with: Oxide & Carbon, or as Harmony the only installed mod
