Use the version command. Anyone on version 2.5.0 or newer has the version command

Hey Amino - if I want to turn off the feature "Use Pop as a Bot Status" - it looks straightforward to set the "ENABLED" option to "false" - however even when I do that and restart the bot / server, it still wants to grab the pop as the status.

Example code from: Configs > rconConnectionsConfig.json

"USE_POP_AS_A_BOT_STATUS": {
                "ENABLED": false,
                "ENABLE_THRESHOLD_MESSAGE": false,
                "THRESHOLD_PERCENT": "1",
                "THRESHOLD_MESSAGE": "come join!",
                "SERVER_OFFLINE_MESSAGE": "[ OFFLINE ]"
            },

Is there somewhere else that I am missing to turn this feature off? Do I need to kick the bot from Discord and re-invite you think?

Thanks!

Yeah, looks like I actually didn't even code in the check if it was disabled or not.
I am actually in the middle of re-writing the whole bot, so when I'm done with that, the disabling of the bot status will be fixed

Hi,

I'm not able to get the RCON function to work. It's trying to connect, but failes...

Any idea how to fix this? I have confirmed that the IP Adrress, RCON Port and Passwd is working on an RCON client

You have something going on with your rcon connection. Make sure you don't have a port in the IP section.

Port and ip is in their own dedicated field :)

The bot establishes a connection just like any other RCON system. If it's a local hosted server, make sure everything is port forwarded.

I run it on a dedicated server with pterodactyl panel installed. I can connect to the RCON using Rustadmin or RCON.io, but the bot is getting a timeout error and won't connect to RCON at all

Those programs connect internally, the bot does not have internal connections. So you will need to make sure all of your ports are forwarded

All the ports are forwarded. I don't have the rust server ran at my home. So port forwarding is not the problem here. I'm running the server on a root server from a hosting provider
