Software License Agreement
This is a Software License Agreement ("Agreement") between Beden Dirk], ("Licensor") and the Purchaser in Store, ("Licensee").
1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Discord bot software ("Software") in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
1. Usage Rights
a. The Licensee has the right to use the Software solely for its intended purpose.
b. The Licensee may copy the source code of the Software only for personal use.
c. The Licensee may not distribute, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer the Software or any portion thereof to third parties without the prior written consent of the Licensor.
1. Ownership Rights
The Licensor retains all ownership rights, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in the Software. The Licensee does not acquire any rights other than those expressly granted in this Agreement.
1. Modifications and Customizations
The Licensee may not modify or customize the Software unless explicitly authorized by the Licensor.
1. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The Licensor expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
1. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.
1. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective upon acceptance by the Licensee and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. The Licensee may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Licensor and ceasing all use of the Software. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement if the Licensee breaches any of the terms.
1. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
By using the Software, the Licensee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
