This License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to the software titled "Split Plugins Loader" for the Modding API Carbon and Oxide ("Software"), including all of its components, documentation, and related items.
Grant of License
The author(s) or copyright holder(s) of the Software ("Licensor") hereby grants you ("Licensee") a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, unrestricted license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the Software in any manner and for any purpose.
No Restrictions
You are free to:
Use the Software for any purpose.
Modify the Software and create derivative works based on the Software.
Distribute the Software or any derivatives thereof in any medium.
Use the Software for commercial or non-commercial purposes without any requirement for royalties or other compensation.
Sublicense the Software to third parties, provided they acknowledge this Agreement.
Attribution
While not required, you are encouraged to give credit to the Licensor when distributing or using the Software, especially if you are distributing modified versions.
No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any claim, damages, or other liabilities, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.
Termination
This Agreement will continue in effect unless and until terminated by you or the Licensor. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and the Licensor concerning the Software. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the Software shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Licensor resides. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be resolved through binding arbitration or through the courts of that jurisdiction.
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
