A map or prefab preview is unavailable

A missing preview, loading error, or slow 3D view.

No 3D button

Sign in and use a computer or tablet. Phones support the 2D map. Try another entry in the preview selector if the file contains several maps or prefabs.

The preview will not load

Close the preview and reopen it from the file page. If the scene opens but runs slowly, choose the Performance graphics preset in Settings.

Report a preview problem

Include the file link, selected map or prefab name, device, browser, and any error or screenshot. For a problem with the downloaded file itself, use the file’s Support tab.
