Ask a file author for support

Help from the author with installation, errors, or a file that is not working as expected.

What to do

  1. Open the file listing and select the Support tab.
  2. Choose New Support Request.
  3. Use a clear title, select the file version, and explain the problem.
  4. Submit the request and return to it for the author’s reply.

Good to know

Use the private option when needed. Remove passwords, tokens, and unrelated personal information from attachments.
