File support is closed or unavailable
An unresolved file problem when the support request is closed or the author’s support is inaccessible.
What to do
- If the Codefling request was closed without a solution, select that request in refund screening and explain what remains unresolved.
- If you cannot contact the author or access their support, choose that exception and explain what prevents you from opening a request.
- Include at least 30 characters so staff have enough detail to review the exception.
Good to know
Discord messages and other external conversations do not replace a Codefling support request in this refund form. An exception is reviewed by staff; it does not guarantee a refund.
