the default in the config.. "Max Ore Smelted Per Tick": 3 this is the default for all UNLESS there is an override.. if the over ride is the same then its ignored

the splitting function will try and evenly spread out the materials using the max whole numbers possible and the remainder will go into the last slot, leaving 1 slot for fertilizer. It is designed to split in the most performant way, not necessarily needing all the slots.

I suspect you have Fuel in both slots and the "Disable Multi Fuel Speed Bonus": false When this is false and you have fuel in both slots it doubles the speed of the smelting.. You can disable this by setting it to true you can also edit those override values to set them to match the default if you like.. The next release I will remove them from returning on deletion

If you are still looking for a solution, I have a plugin "Personal Vehicles" which does what your asking, as well as allowing players to pickup claimed vehicles with a hammer to gift or trade or store until needed. Its not published so reach out on my discord.

This is by design for performance.. The first slot is always reserved for charcoal in all the ovens. You need to enable this in the config for the electric ovens to make charcoal..

This is not a bug.. You have hit the stack limit on Low grade so your not smelting any more crude... your only making charcoal now until that stack get filled -
I will look into this.. I have not seen this behavior yet.. any help to reproduce would be great
