Used this product in the past from other servers and seemed really happy with it there and way ahead of any competition that I have came across. I had to pick it up for myself when I decided to start my own project and so far hasn't disappointed. Really good support with any questions you may have, there always happy to help even if its something simple. The onboard process does require a waitlist however I would say this is actually a perk as then they can offer a high quality onboard process which involved a tailored setting up guide in a call with the Owner who explained everything while making sure it wasn't too overwhelming with all the different config options which is perfect for those looking to really fine tune there setting however I would say default look good so far so definitely not required! Overall had to give it 5 stars due to not only the product but the service and the support that comes with it. Would highly recommend so far!
