Yes they call it in with scrap from their inv, then the heli makes its way to the player that called it, at 2x speed really fast. Yes the permissions are also there.

This plugin is passing compile tests in both main and staging versions, id suggest you update if you havent, or delete it and reinstall it and remove the data file so it can generate a new one. You need to update to latest you are on version 2.5.1, latest is 2.8.0!

I see, im pretty sure i didnt implement data saving on the plugin, so when the server restarts it clears timers therefore resets, so ill have an update out within the next 2 days to fix this for you, sorry for the late response!
