Terminals and wheels needs to be place in certain distance in order to work, for example like in outpost. PlaceAnything plugin does not handle behavior of entities, just spawning of them.

You can't execute chat commands for player as server command, you'll have to ask developer of that plugin if there is way to sell those other than player chat commands.

"BlackjackMachine" is not shortname valid item shortname, you should put there one which you have in "BaseItem" field from PaceAnything data file. -

That's game bug, as far as I know it's happening only with large chest and it's visible only to players who been around at the time of placement. You can either ignore it or you can use some other item for placement, repair bench or test generator....

Those are images assigned to tabs, just remove them from config.
