I did some tests. Indeed by changing the date and time on the machine. This creates a failure. So I corrected this bug. However, the fact of advancing in time manually create a failure in the booleans of the message timers. So it's quite normal that doesn't display.

Since all players don't necessarily have the same raid schedule, the message is sent 30 minutes after the player's connection (or plugin load if already co). Each player will not have the same delay before the raid, this method seemed more judicious to me. If you do in config Hide if is time: true you can get what you want. The only difference is that the red progress bar is currently static. But I'll do a shift tomorrow if you want and I have time.
