This is a bad update of Oxide..They broke the hooks unsubscribe, so you get this error - you have to wait for Oxide to release a fix

Hmm, there may be many different options for problems. Let's look for it gradually, can you send me the logs of your server and tell me if you have received any notifications in the console? Have you downloaded all the images? Reload the plugin and see if it gives out any messages?
