Yes they do stack -
If you want to reduce the carcoal output of the furnace, simply decrease the chance further until you get the output amount you want.

You can still adjust the airdrop settings but only when you don't use loot defender and/or fancy drop, since these plugins interfer with the airdop config.

When opening the gather config, there is a field on the top left that says global gather multiplier. Just set that to 20
